Starting a Game

1. Press Choose Game from the opening screen.
2. Select Name That Tune.
3. Enter your approved user name when prompted.
4. Check the categories you want included.
5. Choose the number of players or teams and enter their names.
6. Press Start Game.

Taking a Turn

1. Press Choose Random Genre.
2. If a music category is chosen, pick how many seconds of the intro you want to hear.
3. Press Play Intro. The clip always starts at the beginning of the intro.
4. Enter the artist or band and the song title, then press Submit Answer.

Scoring

Shorter clips are worth more points. A perfect answer gives credit for both the artist and the song title. Close answers may receive partial credit.

After an answer is submitted, the correct answer and score are shown while the chorus plays.

Replays and Timer

Each round has a limited number of clip plays. The countdown ring shows how much time is left while a clip is playing. After an answer is submitted, available buttons may let you replay the intro, play the full intro, play the chorus, or stop the clip.

Trivia

If Trivia is chosen, select how you want to answer. You can answer with fewer choices for more points, or choose to see the question first for a lower point value.

Game Record

Use Game Record during a game to review previous rounds and make agreed score corrections.

Admin

Admin Login is used to manage users, upload music, edit song answers, manage trivia, and review library settings.
